Since Nightfall, Shannon Messenger has released a special edition of Keeper books through B&N. Last year, Flashback included beautiful illustrated endpapers and an exclusive short story from Fitz’s POV (read that exact story on here). This year, B&N Legacy Exclusive Editions will include a special annotated excerpt from Legacy. Just like if you buy a first edition of Legacy from any retailer, if you buy a B&N Exclusive First Edition, it will also include illustrated endpapers and a short story from Tam’s perspective.

The Legacy B&N Exclusive Edition is $15.39 (Hardcover) which is the same price you can buy on Amazon, and it does have free shipping! However, the book will be shipped on Legacy’s release date (Nov. 5) and will most likely arrive a week later, while through Amazon, it will arrive on November 5th. In the past, I’ve had a bad experience with pre-ordering an Exclusive Keeper book from B&N, in which my order has been canceled, but there will be different instances for everyone. If you do order from B&N, make sure (especially if you buy from Guest, without an account) take a screenshot of your receipt and constantly check in to confirm order status. You can also use this receipt to enter for the FREE Keeper swag giveaway.
